 Dr. Vineet Mishra completed his MBBS from GSVM Medical College Kanpur (CSJM University) in 2010 (Batch Para Y1). He completed his MD Medicine from King George Medical University (MLNMC, Allahabad) in 2013. After completing his MD degree he has worked in Department of Gastroenterology as Senior Resident, MLN Medical College, Allahabad under expert guidance. He later completed his DM Gastroenterology degree from one of the most prestigious institute of India, Christian Medical College, Vellore, (CMC, Vellore) Tamilnadu in 2017. Prior to joining Heritage Hospitals he has worked as Senior Resident, Hepatology at CMC, Vellore. Dr. Vineet Mishra has experience of around 7 years in field of Gastroenterology and Hepatology including Pancreatology, Luminal disorders and basic and advanced endoscopic procedures. His training from one of eminent government and prestigious missionary hospitals enabled him to tackle and manage variety of gastrointestinal and liver patients including critical, rare and atypical cases requiring in-depth knowledge of the field. During his tenure at CMC, Vellore he has acquired additional experience in managing complex gastrointestinal and hepatological conditions at a referral centre.

The Gastroenterology Department has one full time consultant. It is equipped with a state of the art Gastroenterology Suite for performing procedures which are performed by the  Gastroenterologist. The department is supported by the latest Diagnostics and Critical Care Facilities to provide quality healthcare for patients in need.
